- You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or product (subject to availability).
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), you may choose:
- Cash Refund via Courier: The courier will collect the returned item and issue the cash refund at the time of pickup/delivery.
- Bank Transfer: Refund can be transferred directly to your bank account (processing time may vary depending on the bank).
- Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Personal use items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
- How do I request a return or exchange?
- To request a return or exchange:
- Email info@imagostore.net with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
- We will review your request and provide instructions within 1–2 business days.
- After we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your refund or send the replacement. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
